I’ve always believed that moderation is key to improving in the long term.

If you’re wanting to get in better shape it’s not one size fits all. Some may like to be on a restricted nutrition plan solely focusing on their main aim but for those of us who want to have a balance between working out and enjoying life you need to take into account moderation alongside hard work. They go hand in hand.

If you want to get results you need to put in hard work.

If you want your results to be permanent you need to have moderation between working hard and having fun!

Therefore a moderate approach works as its more sustainable.
